Sarah Nelin of Millsaps College have been chosen by CoSIDA as
ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI selections.
Robichaux, a native of Baton Rouge, La., with a 3.35 GPA in history was tabbed a First Team selection and will be eligible for Academic All-America accolades released Nov. 17, while her teammate Nelin from Galena, Ohio, a two-time Academic All-SCAC performer, has a 3.81 GPA in elementary education and was voted to the Second Team.
The duo have contributed on the field as well, with Robichaux scoring a team-high nine goals (3rd in the SCAC) and adding three assists for 21 total points (3rd in SCAC), whereas Nelin has a 0.84 GAA (6th in SCAC) and .831 save percentage with five total shutouts. Her 64 saves also rank 3rd in the league.
With four regular season games remaining (two at home), Millsaps has the opportunity to produce back-to-back winning seasons for the first time in school history if they can win at least one and tie one.
