JACKSON- The Millsaps Majors moved to 3-0 on the young season with an impressive 9-0 victory over the LSU-Shreveport Pilots on Sunday at the Coach Montgomery Courts. 

The Majors were dominant and efficient on Sunday, sweeping through the doubles portion of the contest, dropping just five points collectively. The doubles team of Deena Li Kam Wa and Callie Creekmore improved to 2-0 on the season and have dropped just one game over the two matches. 

Li Kam Wa has been equally impressive in singles, cruising 6-0, 6-0 on Sunday to move to 2-0 on the season. The junior has dropped just one game through four sets. Creekmore and Bianca Suarez improved to 3-0 on the seson with straight sets wins at the second and third singles. Anna Brahce, Lauren Pratt and Jessica Reynolds each picked up their second win of the weekend with straight set wins on Sunday as well. 

The win moves Millsaps to 3-0 on the season. They will stay at home next weekend as they welcome in the Ladies of Centenary (La) into Jackson for a non-conference match. First serve is set for 11:30AM.
