ATLANTA, GA- The Millsaps Majors women's tennis team placed three players on the All-Conference team as voted on by the conference coaches.

Deena Li Kam Wa was named to the first team, Callie Creekmore was named to the second and Laura Kebert was named an honorable mention.

Junior Deena Li Kam Wa was named to the first team after another phenomenal spring season. She went 17-1 on the year, including 5-0 in conference play. She went 15-2 at number one doubles, teaming with Callie Creekmore to rank in the top-10 regionally as a doubles' team. She was twice named the Player of the Week by the conference on March 5th and April 16th. Li Kam Wa is currently ranked fifth in the region and looks to secure an at-large bid to the NCAAs on May 7th.

Callie Creekmore went 14-4 on the season primarily at the number two singles' court for the Majors. She was named SAA Player of the Week on March 20th and avenged a earlier season loss in the SAA tournament in helping lead the Majors to a first round win over Rhodes. Earlier in the year, she became the first Major to secure 100 career wins between singles and doubles in the past 10 seasons.

Laura Kebert went 10-6 this year for the Majors in singles and teamed with Lauren Pratt to go 11-7 in doubles. Kebert also avenged her loss to Rhodes earlier in the season, winning her match in the SAA opening round. Kebert was also named to the 2014 All-Tournament team for her efforts against Rhodes and Sewanee.

The Majors completed their 2014 season at 13-6 overall and a semi-final appearance in the SAA tournament.
