SKILLMAN, NJ- Millsaps women's tennis player Deena Li Kam Wa has been named to the 2014 All-American Team by the Intercolligiate Tennis Association (ITA).

In winning her opening round match in the NCAAs, Li Kam Wa met one of the five difficult criteria to be named an ITA All-American. Only 11 different women were named to the All-American team between singles and doubles.

The will-be senior closed her junior season at 18-2 overall. She put an exclamation point on her tremendous season with a straight-set victory in the opening round of the NCAA singles' tournament.

The ITA All-American honor adds to a growing trophy case for Li Kam Wa, who was named to the Southern Athletic Association's first-team All-Conference and finished the season ranked 31st overall in the nation by the ITA.
