Reya Hayek stepped up for the Majors over the Spring Break trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina. Reya went 3-0 in singles(1-0 at #4 and 2-0 at #5) and 3-1 in doubles competition (1-0 at #2, 2-1 at #3). Her only loss came against Huntingdon College’s number three doubles team. Playing number four singles against Huntingdon College, Reya’s 6-0, 7-6 win helped lead the Majors to a 5-4 victory. Against Concordia-Wisconsin (regular season champions of the Northern Athletic Collegiate Conference), Reya and doubles partner, Natalie Toups, found themselves down 3-6 ultimately winning the match 9-7. Moving into singles competition, Reya continued that motivation into her 6-1, 6-3 clinching win for the Majors.
