SUWANEE, Ga. -- \#Will Hawkins\# of Millsaps College, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound sophomore infielder from Nettleton, Miss., has been named the SCAC Offensive Baseball Player of the Week for games played Monday, February 16 through Sunday, February 22. 

Hawkins had a monster weekend in helping Millsaps to a four-game sweep, hitting at a .500 clip (9-for-18) with 14 RBIs, seven runs scored, three doubles and a home run. 

He had multiple hits in all four games, including a .833 slugging percentage and .500 on-base percentage as the Majors won at MS College and swept a three-game series at Southwestern on the road. 

Hawkins is hitting a career-best .431 on the year which currently ranks second on the team and in the Top 10 in the conference.  His 25 RBIs lead the SCAC.
