CLINTON, Miss. -- The women's cross country team returned to the Choctaw Trails in Clinton, Mississippi for the Watson Invitational. Millsaps would only have three individuals compete in Saturday's competition.
How It Happened
Abby Tew continued to impress as she finished 12th overall in a contest with more than 100 runners. Tew's time of 23:29.15 rewards her with the school record in the 6k.
Clare Howard ran a time just over 24 minutes, earning a personal best and a top 30 finish. Additionally,
Lily Pudlik posted her season best with at time of 26:29.71.
The women's team received some much needed rest and
Andy Till is excited for his squad to come out and compete in the final regular season contest.
What's Next?
On Oct. 19, the women's cross country will head out to Mount Berry, Georgia to close out the regular season in the Berry Invitational (6k).
