JACKSON, Miss. -- The Millsaps College men's and women's tennis programs faced two tough Texas foes, falling in a pair of matches at the Coach Montgomery Courts on Saturday and Sunday. The men tallied a 5-2 defeat against No. 30 Southwestern University, while the women were bested, 7-0. Both teams then faced nationally ranked Trinity University and were bettered, 7-0.
Millsaps will next host Maryville College for Senior Day on Saturday, April 18. The women's team will open the day at 9 a.m. followed the men's program at 11 a.m. Senior Day festivities will follow after both matches have concluded.
