Millsaps College Athletics

Anna Katherine Stuart was hired in 2013 to lead both the Millsaps Majorettes dance team and the Majors cheerleading squad. 

Stuart guided the Millsaps cheer and dance teams to compete in their first ever UDA College Nationals in 2017 in Orlando, Florida. Millsaps was one of 22 teams represented in the hip hop division.
 
As a student at the University of Mississippi, Stuart was a member of the Ole Miss Rebelettes dance team. She also choreographed and participated for Hinge Dance Company in Mississippi, which oversaw Ole Miss’ student led dance company (OMSD). Stuart competed in the American College Dance Festival and performed in Mary Poppins, Honk, and many others.
 
After graduation, Anna Katherine has been a full time and seasonal cast member at Walt Disney World as a performer. She also teaches fifth grade language arts and social studies at Brandon Elementary School. 
 
Stuart is a 2011 graduate of Ole Miss where she majored in elementary education with a focus in fine arts and english.
