Ran a season-best 5K time of 20:02.6 at the 2019 Allstate Sugar Bowl XC Festival in September... Ran a season-best 6K time of 24:09.8 at the Mississippi College Invitational in October... Prior to Millsaps: 4x letterwinner in both cross country and track & field... Also participated in cross-country skiing, downhill ski racing, snowshoe running and Irish dance... 3x state-qualifier in cross country... 4x state-qualifier in track & field... Placed third in regional competition in the 800 meters during her sophomore season (track & field)... Placed fourth in regional competition in the 800 meters during her junior season... Cross Country team placed third in the state both her sophomore and junior season... Cross Country team placed second in the state her senior season... Member of the National Honor Society, Environmental Club (President) and Spanish Club (Secretary)... Graduated Summa Cum Laude... She qualified in snowshoe running for the Arctic Winter Games in 2014 and 2018... Winner of 3 silver ulus (medals) and 1 gold ulu at the 2018 Arctic Winter Games in Hay River, Northwest Territories, Canada.
Personal: She is also a member of the track & field team at Millsaps... Majoring in Biology... She is a President's Scholar and a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society... Active with the Jewish Cultural Organization... Her brother, Riley Howard ran cross country and track & field at Western Colorado University.
