Sophomore Season (2019): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... Competed in seven meets for the Majors... Ran a career-best 4K time of 17:23.9 at the Mississippi College Season Opener in August... Ran a career-best 5K time of 21:11.3 at the 2019 Allstate Sugar Bowl XC Festival in September... Ran a career-best 6K time of 25:45.9 at the Rhodes College Cross Country Invitational in September... Finished a career-best 6th place overall at the Major Invitational in September.
Freshman Season (2018): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... Competed in five meets for the Majors... Ran a season-best 5K time of 22:43.1 at the Mississippi College Season Opener in August... Prior to Millsaps: 4x letterwinner in track & field, 3x letterwinner in cross country... Also participated in JV Soccer during her freshman year... Winner of the Most Improved Award in 2017 (track & field)... Finished in 1st place in the 4x800 meters at the Allstate Sugar Bowl (track & field)... In 2016, she helped post the third best time in the nation in the 4x800 meters... Finished 19th place at the state meet in 2016 (cross country) and 17th at the state meet in 2017 (cross country)... Named All-State for the 4x800 meters (indoor track & field) in 2016... Team was the 2015 LHSAA 5A State Champions, the 2016 State Runner-Up, the 2017 State Runner-Up and the 2016 Indoor State Runner-Up...
