2011/12: SCAC All-Sportsmanship
Sophomore (2012/13): Was named the captain for the Lady Majors. Has competed in every event for the Lady Majors since arriving to Millsaps. Barattini ended the fall season with her best collegiate performance to date while placing 12th at the Rhodes Collegiate with scores of 91, 85. Also competed in the Piedmont Fall Invitational (108, 90) finishing in 44th place, Chick-fil-a Collegiate (99, 95) for a T80th place showing, and the BSC Shootout (96, 97) for a 110th place showing.
Freshman (2011/12): Competed in seven events for the Lady Majors as a true freshman. Her best performance came at the 2011 Redhawk Classic where Barattini posted rounds of 99, 96 for an 18th place finish. The Redhawk Classic was also Barattini’s first top twenty of her career. Posted an 87 at the 2012 Rome News Tribune for her low round of the year.
Coach’s Notes: “Lauren has made huge improvements since arriving to Millsaps. Having the opportunity to work with her before she came to Millsaps, I have seen her game get better every month. She has a great attitude and is constantly working on improvements with her swing mechanics, fitness, and course management. Her first year here will be a big learning experience for her, but I expect her to improve every year and compete at a higher lever each year.”
