Sophomore Season (Spring 2021): Marked a time of 30.66 in the 200m at the Rhodes 7-Way Meet in April … Posted a distance of 4.67m in the long jump at the Border Battle in April … Tallied a time of 19.70 in the 100m hurdles at the 2021 SAA Track and Field Championships.
Freshman Season (2019-20): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... Colar competed in both meets for the Majors in a season that was shortened by the CoVID-19 pandemic ... She turned in a season-best time of 14.55 (-2.4) in the 100 meters at home at the Leap Day Relays in February ... Posted a season-best performance of 4.62 meters (15' 2') in the long jump at the Mississippi College Season Opener in March.
Prior to Millsaps: Lettered in both track & field and volleyball ... Winner of the Most Dedicated Award and Most Improved Award throughout her career (track & field) ... Regional Runner-Up in the High Jump (track & field) ... District Runner-Up in the 300 Hurdles (track & field) ... She was also the Triple Jump Runner-Up ... her team won the 2018 Outdoor State Championship and the 2019 Indoor State Championship ... They were the 2019 Outdoor State Runner-Up ... She was a member of the National Honor Society, the Art Club and Theater.
Personal: Majoring in Biology and Pre-Med ... She is active on campus with PASA and The Lighthouse Organization.
