Women's Basketball will return home following a three week break to play in this season's second installment of the Riverside Rumble on the basketball court against Belhaven.

This will be the Majors' second matchup against Belhaven this season, they first met up in a packed-house thriller across the street in Belhaven. Millsaps fell to the Blazers down the stretch of that game, 72-68. Despite a bad shooting night from three, the Majors still performed well, led by Kala-Jewel Freeman who led the team in both points and rebounds with 25 and 10. Brazia Jones was second on the team in scoring with 14 points on five for 10 shooting from the field. Katie Connor also reached double figures with 12 points and a majority of them coming during the late 4th quarter push. 

Freeman is the most recent SAA Player of the Week winner, leading the Majors into the Christmas Break as the third leading scorer in the conference at 15.6 points per game. Kim Klunk and Freeman also place in the top ten in rebounds per game and blocks per game in the SAA. Katie Connor places sixth amongst SAA competitors in assists per game. Brazia Jones and Connor also place in the top ten in steals per game after the first half of the season.
