The Millsaps Majors have three matches on the schedule this weekend. Check out the game notes below for information about each matches opponent.
 
Last Week
 
The Majors split a pair of road matches last weekend, knocking off Rhodes in a thrilling 3-2 win on Saturday before falling to Hendrix 3-0 on Sunday.
 
In Saturday's victory, junior Erica Bennett led the way with 22 kills while Katelyn Thomas dished out 29 assists and Payton Passantino continued her defensive tear with 32 digs.  
 
This Week
 
Saturday: 
 
Centre College Colonels (5-12, 1-8 SAA), 12:00 PM
 
These two teams met 2 weeks ago, with the Colonels pulling out a close 3-1 win that could have gone either way. All four games were close with Centre winning the 4^thset, 28-26, to take the match. The Colonels have dropped each of their 3 matches since then, losing by a combined 9-0 score.      
 
Key Players for Centre: 

• Peyton Vacala: Vacala leads the Colonels in kills (124) and kills per set (1.85).  
• Kylie Cochran:Cochran's 470 kills is tops on the Centre team and ranks 2^nd in the SAA.

Hanover College (9-11, 1-3 HCAC) 2:00 PM
 
The Majors will face off with Hanover in a neutral site match, facing the Panthers at Centre College. Hanover comes into Saturday's match having dropped 6 of their last 8 matches.  
 
Key Players for Hanover: 

• Kelsey Ketcham: Ketcham's 193 kills is tops for the Panthers and ranks 11^th overall in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference. 
• Ally Williams: Defensively, McGrath leads Hanover with 410 digs, which puts her ranks her 3^rd in the HCAC. 

 
These two teams last met in October of 2010. The Panthers knocked off the Majors 3-1. 
 
Sunday
 
Sewanee Tigers (15-6, 5-4 SAA), 12:00 PM
 
The Majors and Tigers met in the Hangar Dome on Sept. 29. Despite winning the first set, Millsaps dropped the next 3 to fall 3-1 to Sewanee. McKenzi Petricko led all scorers with 14 kills for the match. 
 
Key Players for Hanover: 

• Destiny Stewart: Stewart has 219 kills on the season, which is first on the team and 2^nd in the SAA. She led the way with 13 kills against the Majors in September's matchup. 
• Constance Connolly: Connolly leads the SAA with 696 assists on the season, 226 more than the second ranked assist woman in the conference.
