The Millsaps Majors volleyball team will wrap up their 2018 regular season with a pair of non-conference matches this week.
 
Last Week
 
The Majors finished SAA play last week, dropping matches to Birmingham-Southern and Berry before rebounding and knocking off Oglethorpe on Senior Day, Saturday. Against the Stormy Petrels, Erica Bennett led all players with 21 kills while Morgan Vincent produced a double-double (16 kills, 16 digs).

Today: 
 
Belhaven University Blazers (10-15, 2-13 ASC), 7:00 PM
 
Millsaps and Belhaven may not be in the same conference, but the two schools are separated by just one street. The Blazers will make the trek to the Hangar Dome to square off with Millsaps as the Majors look to avenge last season's loss. The BU comes into tonight's match having dropped 6 straight.        
 
Key Players for BU: 

• Lauren Whiting-Whiting leads the Blazers offense with 183 kills, averaging more than 2 kills/set.
• Sydney McEachern-McEarchern has 432 digs on the season and averages 5.02 digs/set, which not only tops the team but is also second and first in the American Southwest Conference, respectively.

Saturday 
 
Loyola University-New Orleans Wolfpack (13-15, 3-9 SSAC) 1:00 PM
 
Loyola traveled to Millsaps at the beginning of the season for the Millsaps/Belhaven Invitational, but the Majors and Wolfpack didn't meet on the court. These two teams last met in 2012, with Loyola escaping Jackson with a 3-2 win.    
 
Key Players for LU: 

• Tylar Beckham-Beckham leads the Wolfpack with 246 kills, which ranks her 7^th in the SSAC. She also leads the conference with 111 blocks and 1.1 blocks/set. 
• Maddie Huekels-She ranks 6^th in the conference with 476 assists, averaging 5/set.
