How It Happened

Morgan Vincent before going ahead by 10. Millsaps closed out the opening set 25-13, setting the tone for the remainder of the game.
The Stormy Petrels fell in an early hole in the second set, down 4-12. TaKorya Green, of Oglethorpe, decided that it was time for her team to make a push, cutting the lead to just 3 at 14-17. Fortunately, the home team found a rhythm and closed out the second set in eight straight points.
After consecutive hitting errors, Millsaps found themselves down for the first time at 8-10. The Majors were unable to regain control until taking a 23-20 lead. Despite a couple of OU points on a visiting timeout,
