DICKSON, Tenn. – The Millsaps men's and women's golf programs continued play at the 2025 SAA Golf Championships in the Second Round at the Greystone Golf Club on Saturday.
After being tied for seventh, senior
Annie Piggott moved into fifth after posting her best round at a conference tournament during her collegiate career. She carded an even-72 to now sit at plus-4 through 36 holes (76-72–148) and has the third-most birdies with seven. Grace Young of Rhodes leads the field an even par for the tournament.
Freshman
Miles Harrison continued to show a strong display for the men's squad, where he is tied for 24th after shooting a 75 for the second straight day. The 75's match the lowest one-round score Harrison set earlier this season.
Senior
Mallory Noble saw an improvement of four places in Round Two where she is tied for 27th (93-87–180).
Freshman Abigail Cerwick continues to make a name for herself in the conference championship as she is tied for 30th.
Senior Sophia Albasini remained in 34th, completed the second round with a plus-45 on Saturday to close out the Majors completions.
Both Millsaps programs also rank sixth against other conference foes. A close pack follow behind Harrison for the men's team.
Sophomore Jason Howe scored his lowest round with an even-72 to move up eight places to now being tied for 27th at plus-7 (79-72–151).
Junior Steven Noack used a Millsaps-best 76 to move up and tie freshman Charlie Berglund for 34th at plus-11.
Also the scoring mix for Millsaps are seniors Will Danielson (77-79–156) and Thomas Arensberg (76-80–156) at plus-12.
The Final Rounds begin at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, with live leaderboards available at gomajors.com.
