SAA Unveils 2026 Women's Golf Preseason Poll

Majors Resume Competition with Spring Slate on March 9

CANTON, Ga. — The Millsaps College women's golf team was projected ninth in the 2026 SAA preseason poll by league coaches. The poll was released by the conference office on Wednesday.

Millsaps finished sixth in last season's conference championship, but have some new opponents to challenge this year. A trio of teams join the conference in Trinity University, Southwestern University, and Maryville College.

In the fall, sophomore Abigail Cerwick got the Majors started off strong by placing second in the Roger Lundy Alabama Invasion on Sept. 6. The Majors next contest will be at the Space City Classic in Houston, Texas, March 9-10.
