Millsaps College Athletics

Marissa Taylor begins her career with the Majors after a successful four years at Biloxi High School.  Marissa excelled both on and off the court of play while attending Biloxi High School.
 
Last season, she was named the team Most Valuble Offensive Player of the Year, named 1^st Team All-District, and was the MVP of the South MS All-Star Game.  She was also named to the South MS Sunherald Team.  Additionally, she was named sophomore of the year in 2013, earned the highest GPA award, and was team captain for three years.
 
Marissa also was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with highest honors.  She was two brothers, Brandon and Cameron and one sister, Natalye.
 
She is the daughter of Timothy and Maria Taylor.  Currently, Marissa is undecided on her major, but chose Millsaps for the close, family community and great reputation.
