Junior Season (2022): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll ... Appeared in 25 games while making 12 starts ... McFarland posted a .300 batting average ... .471 on base percentage ... Tallied 15 hits and 15 walks ... Finished the season with a .966 fielding percentage. 

Sophomore Season (2021): McFarland appeared in 23 games and made 13 starts for the Majors … He posted eight runs and three hits … He was tied for second on the team with four stolen bases … McFarland tallied a .865 fielding percentage.

Freshman Season (2020): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... McFarland played in 11 games and made eight starts for the Majors in a season that was shortened due to the CoVID-19 pandemic... Totaled eight hits, including two doubles. He was 2-2 on stolen base attempts.  

Prior to Millsaps: 4x baseball letterwinner, and also lettered in cross country at Saraland High School (Saraland, Alabama)... He was named the Optimist Club Player of the Week... Helped his team to five consecutive Area 1 Class 6A championships, and their school record for wins in a single season... He was a National Merit Scholar and a member of the A-Honor Roll and the National Honor Society.  

Personal: Majoring in Applied Mathematics with a Minor in Business... He is a member of the Dean's List and Phi Eta Sigma.
