Sophomore Season (2021): Watkins did not see any action in the Spring 2021 season.

Freshman Season (2020): Named to the SAA Academic Honor Roll... Watkins played in seven games and made two starts for the Majors in a season that was shortened due to the CoVID-19 pandemic... Totaled four hits and had a pair of RBIs. 

Prior to Millsaps: 4x baseball letterwinner and 2x football letterwinner at Pell City High School (Pell City, Alabama)... Helped his team to the 2018 Region Championship... Member of the Honor Society and winner of the Presidential Scholarship. 

Personal: Majoring in Biology... He is a member of the Dean's List... Active on campus with the Kappa Alpha Order.
