Freshman Season (2024): Appeared in 10 games for the Majors while pitching nine innings on the mound … As a freshman Welter accumulated 12 strikeouts while only allowing one double of the season … On Feb. 26 Welter recorded four strikeouts in 1.1 inning of zero hits and no runs to help the Majors beat Vermont State Castleton, 7-6. 

Personal: Majoring in Accounting ... Assistant baseball coach ... Member of a fraternity.
