High School: A four-sport athlete at The Dunham School ... one of three finalists for the Baton Rouge area Star of Stars Award given to the metro area's best athlete ... a three-year letterman in baseball at shortstop ... three-time all-district selection ... 2007 First Team All-State and 2008 team MVP ... hit a stifling .520 his senior season with 42 hits, 37 RBIs, 36 runs, eight home runs, seven doubles and one triple ... also a four-year letterman and three-time all-district selection in football ... two-time all-state nod ... 2007 Academic All-State ... also lettered two years in basketball and one in track.  

Personal: Son of Joey and Lisa Thibodeaux ... has an older sister, Ashley (21) ... a native of Baton Rouge, La. ... majoring in biology.
