Millsaps College Athletics

Sarah Arsenault was named the Millsaps head women’s soccer coach in 2015. Joining the Majors marks the third head-coaching job in Arsenault’s career.

The 2018 season saw two of Arsenault's players be named to the SAA All-Conference team, the first Majors since 2015 to take home all-conference honors. She also had a player named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District and All-Region team, which is awarded to players who perform highly on the field and in the classroom.  

Prior to Millsaps, Arsenault served as the head women’s soccer coach at the State University of New York at Canton from 2013-14. She oversaw all soccer operations including hiring staff members, coordinating camps, and managing the program’s budget.
 
Arsenault spent the past three years as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s soccer teams at Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania. She also served as interim head coach at the college in 2011. 
 
Prior to coaching with the Yellow Jackets, Arsenault spent three years as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer team at Hamilton College, where she helped guide the Continentals into the Liberty League championship game her second season. She has also been an assistant coach at both Washington and Jefferson College and her alma mater Slippery Rock University, and she spent one year as the head coach of the women’s soccer team at Salem International University.
 
Arsenault graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2004 with a degree in sports management. Arsenault had a remarkable four-year career with The Rock, she scored 70 goals, an all-time school record.  She was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year (2001), a two-time Player of the Year (2003, 2004), and a four-time All-Conference pick. She was named to the NSCAA All-Region Team three straight years and was named an NSCAA First Team All-American as a junior.
 
Arsenault currently resides in Jackson.
