After a one-year stint with Millsaps in 2004, Jaime Fisher returned as the Head Volleyball coach of the Majors in 2008.
 
In addition to coaching volleyball, Fisher serves as the Millsaps Associate Athletic Director, Senior Woman Administrator and Title IX Coordinator.
 
Fisher led the Majors to the semi-finals of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) conference tournament in 2018, '17, '15 ’14 and ’13, including a championship match appearance in 2012. 
 
During her time at Millsaps, Fisher has seen two of her players, Caroline McKey and Ashley Zamjahn, earn All-Region recognition by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). Zamjahn was an All-American honorable mention in 2015. McKey was also named the SAA Player of the Year on 2014. Fisher has coached 23 of her players to earn SAA all-conference awards. To go along with McKey, Fisher coached the 2012 SAA Conference Player of the Year in Kasey Laird. 
 
The 2013 season included an NCAA record-breaking win over Birmingham Southern in the SAA conference tournament quarterfinals. Millsaps outlasted the Panthers 46-44 in the second set, an NCAA record for most points in a set. The Majors also set an NCAA record for most points scored in a four-set match.
 
Before returning to Millsaps in 2008, Fisher was assistant coach at Division-I Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) from 2005 to 2007. While at SEMO, she served on the NCAA Assistant Coaches Committee. Prior to her first year coaching at Millsaps in 2004, Fisher was a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Mississippi from 2002-2004.
 
Fisher (formerly Burns) is a native of Centennial, Colorado and earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in higher education from Ole Miss in 2002 and 2004 respectively. A four-year letter winner with the Rebels volleyball team, she holds top ten records in five categories, which include third in total kills in a match, sixth in career total attempts, seventh in career kills, eighth in career digs, and ninth in career aces.
 
Jaime and her husband Ta’Boris Fisher, a standout wide receiver at Ole Miss, reside in Jackson with their sons, Braxton and Coleman.
