CONWAY, AR- THe Majors run in the SAA tournament ended on Saturday with a four-set, semi-final loss to Birmingham Southern. 

BSC won 24-26, 16-25, 25-21, 20-25 to knock off the second-seeded Majors in a 2/3 matchup. 

Courtney Huie had 14 kills to lead three Majors in double figures. Defensively, Ashley Zamjahn had 26 digs leading three Majors who had over 20 digs. Senior Taylor Ziegler had 10 digs, giving her 1001 for her career as she joins the 1000 dig-2000 assist club for the Majors. 

The Panthers won a tough back-and-forth first set, scoring the final two points after the Majors had rallied to tie it at 24. Millsaps rallied strong after the second set to win set three. The comeback would fall short as BSC would pull away late in set for to win 25-20. 

After the match, Caroline McKey was named to the All-Tournament team. She had 12 kills and 23 digs in Saturday's match. 

Millsaps now sits at 22-6 on the season. They will wait and see if they will get an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament with the selection show set for Monday.
