Box Score Mount Berry, GA – The Millsaps women's soccer team fell today in a conference road game against Berry College.

Today's game marked the second of a soccer double header for Berry and Millsaps College.  After a six goal first half lead, the Vikings never looked back en route to a 6-0 conference win.

Lynnsey Danford and Maggie Midkiff scored the first three goals of the game in the first twenty minutes to give Berry a great deal of first half momentum.  Another goal by Danford and a score by Meredith Baretta finished the scoring for the contest as the Vikings earned a 6-0 win.

The loss drops Millsaps to 2-9-1 on the year and 0-3 in conference play.  Berry improves to 7-2-1 and 2-0 in the SAA.

The Majors will look to rebound this Sunday in another conference matchup.  Next up for the Majors is a road game in Atlanta versus Oglethorpe for an 11 am start.
