JACKSON, Miss. - The Majors (6-5, 2-0) will travel to Swanee, Tennessee and Danville, Kentucky to take on the Tigers of Sewanee University(5-5-2, 0-2) and the Colonels of Centre College(7-3, 1-1) this weekend. Millsaps will face off against Swanee on Friday night before heading to Centre for an afternoon contest.
The weekend will be a true test for the Majors who have started their conference season well. Coming off a 5-2 win against Hendrix the Major's offense will look to continue to produce in what could be a high scoring affair. Millsaps has tallied 10 goals in their past 4 games, while the Swanee Tiger's are averaging just over two goals per game.
Look for Senior midfielder Steven Chrobok, to aid in attack. He looks to be hitting his stride after an impressive two goal performance last weekend, the first of which was an impressive half-volley from 25 yards out.
On Sunday Millsaps will look to slow down an impressive Centre team that has been ranked in the top 25 in Division III. The Major's defense looks up to the task having only conceded 1 goal in the run of play during their past four contests.
Kickoff for Friday's match will be at 7:30 PM, and Sunday's will start at 2:30 PM.
