Tomorrow, in Millsaps Football team's last contest of the season, the Majors will be honoring their seniors for their hard work and contributions to the team.

The Majors have 20 seniors that they will honor beginning at 12:40 p.m., 20 minutes before the game kicks off.Cameron Scott Arndt, Brooks Rosandich, Zachary Borne, Jack Reidy, Benton Anthony Brown, Bryan Steve Pittman Jr, Jared Bullock, Tanner Menist, Alex Foust, Caleb Martin, Steven Kubicki, Chandler Loy, Tyler Jude Lopez, William Parker Young, Beau Wells, Hector Sandoval, Calvin Shaw, Rashad Sims, Taz Watson and Andrew Hunter Stevens will all be honored.

SERIES:  The Majors, coming off a win away at Sewanee, face off against Rhodes College in the last game of the regular season.

LAST OUTING: Millsaps: Ty Proctor completing 15 of 24 passing attempts for 222 yards and two touchdowns, including a big 60 yard passing play to Rashad Sims. On the ground, the Majors combined for 104 yards, led by Taz Watson with 58 yards and two touchdowns. Isaiah Talton was second on the Majors rushing with 49 yards on only six attempts.Wells led the way receiving, racking up 89 yards. He was followed by Ty Durham who had 72 yards receiving. Hector Sandoval had another great day, leading the Majors with 15 total tackles and two sacks. Alex Foust also had a big day with seven tackles and two sacks. Tyrone Howard had a big pick six to go with five tackles. Reid Evans, Gary Roberts, Jack Reidy, Dylan Cross, Vance Laws, and Benton Brown all had tackles for loss on the day.The Majors held Sewanee to only 61 yards on the ground and 250 yards passing while beating them in first downs despite losing the time of possession battle.The Majors forced two fumbles and outgained the Tigers 326-311 on the day to get the conference win.

Rhodes: Rhodes lost 66-28 to Centre. Rhodes finished with 323 yards of total offense against Centre. The Lynx finished with zero turnovers. Monroe McKay had 13 carries for 111 yards, Roc Sherrell added seven carries for 46 yards. P.J. Settles had 34 rushing yards with two scores, and 125 yards passing with two touchdown. Alex Richards led all receivers with three catches for 32 yards. Defensively, Jack Ingalls led the way with 15 tackles and a tackle for loss and John Dodd added 11 tackles. Elliott Tostrud had nine tackles and D'On Coofer picked up eight tackles and a sack.

PAST MEETINGS:  Rhodes and Millsaps have faced each other annually for the past 15 years. Millsaps is lead the series 10-5 over Rhodes.

Last year, the two teams met in Memphis, TN on their last game of the season.. Millsaps came out on top 31-21. Rashad Sims was the leader in this game, pulling down six catches for 169 yards and two touchdowns.

COACHES: Millsaps head coach Aaron Pelch is 42-34 into his eighth season at the helm of the Majors, with his best year coming in 2013 with a record of 9-1.

Pelch was named SAA Coach of the Year in both 2012 and 2013 as he guided the Majors to conference championships.

Pelch is 5-2 against Rhodes.

Head Coach Jim Ryan was named Rhodes Head Coach last year for the 2015 season. He is 9-10 in his two seasons at the helm of Rhodes.
