JACKSON, Miss – MIllsaps was unable to keep their momentum from their latest victory going into Friday night. The Majors could not to get much offense going as they fell 5-0 to Centre in an SAA match.

Molly Ambrose (Pensacola, Fla.) had the best opportunity to score for the Majors in the 24th minute. Ambrose took a shot in front of the goal on a ball that was lofted to her, but the ball sailed high over the net.
Centre was quick to come back to the other end of the field and scored their first goal in the 27th minute. The Colonels scored one more in the 30th minute to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
Just a minute into the second half, Centre scored once again and completed the match by scoring in the 73rd and 84th minutes.

Olivia Gattuso (Memphis, Tenn.) finished the night with nine saves to add on to her SAA leading 75 saves this season.
Millsaps will look to get back in the win column on Sunday at Harper Davis Field, they take on Sewanee at 12:00 p.m. in another SAA match.
