JACKSON, Miss. (Apr. 17, 2017) – Video tryouts for the Millsaps cheerleading and the Millsaps Majorettes dance teams for the 2017-18 school year are now open. Tryouts are open to all current or incoming Millsaps College students. Deadline for submission of the videos is May 1^st at midnight.
 
Members are chosen based on personality, communication skills, crowd appeal, and technique, with both teams performing during both the football and basketball seasons. Flyers with more detailed information on the tryouts can be found at the following links.
