JACKSON, Miss. – All Millsaps Majors who are interested in joining a dynamic squad of spirited students should email their interest to cheer@millsaps.edu for an info packet and an invitation to the squad's virtual information session to be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 18. 

During the information session, participants will receive additional details on what it means to be a member of the Millsaps Cheer Squad, including fee info and the exciting plans for the upcoming year.

The 2021-2022 Millsaps Cheerleaders are looking for students with talent, spirit, showmanship, and the ability to work as a team.  You must love the sport, have a positive attitude, be able to devote the time required, and be able to accept constructive criticism from coaches and teammates.  If you meet these qualifications and can make a full commitment, please come join us.

The life of a Millsaps Cheerleader involves mandatory weekly practices, a camp experience, and performances at football/basketball games.  All cheerleaders may also participate in various fundraisers throughout the season to assist with team needs.
