The Millsaps College men's soccer team continues conference play this weekend as they welcome in Oglethorpe University on today and Berry College on Sunday. 
 
Last Week
 
The Majors broke our of their offensive slump, downing Hendrix College 2-1 in overtime last Saturday. After Jeff Bruni put the Majors ahead, Brett Judd's golden goal, less than a minute into the overtime period, gave Millsaps their first SAA win of the season.    
 
This Week
 
Today: Oglethorpe University (5-2, 2-0 SAA), 7:30 pm, Harper Davis Field. 
 
Oglethorpe comes into Friday night's matchup red hot, winners of their last 4. The Stormy Petrels haven't dropped a contest in nearly a month, their last loss coming Sept. 7 to nationally ranked Mary-Hardin Baylor. 
 
Leaders for Oglethorpe

• Devon Patterson-Patterson has 3 goals and an assist on the season. 
• Topher Marshall-Marshall scored the game winning goal in Oglethorpe's win over Sewanee last weekend. For his effort, he was named SAA Offensive Player of the Week. He has 2 goals and 4 assists on the season.  

 
Oglethorpe knocked off the Majors 8-1 in Atlanta when the two teams met in 2017. 
 
Sunday: Berry College (Senior Day) (7-1-1, 1-0-1 SAA), 2:30 pm, Harper Davis Field.
 
The Vikings, much like Oglethorpe, come into Sunday's matchup on a roll. Their only loss came on Sept. 8, a 1-0 shutout to East Texas Baptist. Since then, Berry has reeled off 4 wins and a tie. 
 
Leaders for Berry

• Jake Williamson-Williamson has 7 goals on the season tying him for first overall in the SAA. His 2 assists gives him 16 points on the year, which is also tied for first in the conference. 
• Steven Moore-Like Williamson, Moore's 16 points (6G, 4A) are tied for first in the SAA. 
• Carson Oakes-Oakes recorded a shutout in his last start, garnering SAA Defensive Player of the Week honors. He is 6-1-1 on the season.
