ATLANTA, Ga. – The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced that junior Brennan Ducote has been named the SAA Baseball Player of the Week.

After Connor Woodall won the award last week, the Majors have now won back-to-back player of the week honors for the first time this season.

Ducote went 8-17 at the plate last week. He had four doubles, one home run and eight RBIs. Along with his .471 average, Ductoe finished with an .882 slugging percentage and seven runs scored.

He now leads the SAA in RBIs (27) and is tied for the lead in home runs (4). His .451 batting average on the season is good enough for second best in the league, and his seven stolen bases are tied for fourth.

The Majors find themselves atop of the conference standings with a 14-5 record overall, and 5-1 SAA mark.

Millsaps returns home to Twenty Field tomorrow night for a non-conference matchup with Huntingdon College. First pitch is set for 4:00pm.
