The Millsaps College men's soccer team returns to Harper Davis Field to open up Southern Athletic Association (SAA) play by hosting Rhodes College. Check out the game notes below for information about the Lynx.
 
Last Week
 
Millsaps was on the road all week, first in Columbus, Miss. before heading to Atlanta over the weekend. In Columbus, the Majors used a pair of goals from Brett Judd, along with goals from Luca Kistner and Jeff Bruni, to knock off MUW 4-1. Freshman Tyler Andrews picked up his first collegiate win in goal. In Atlanta, the Majors dropped a pair of matches to SUNY-Maritime 0-3 and nationally ranked Emory University 0-4 to fall to 2-5-1 on the season.   
 
This Week
 
Today: Rhodes College (4-2, 0-0), 5:30 pm, Harper Davis Field. 
 
Millsaps opens SAA play with a home match against the visiting Lynx of Rhodes College. Rhodes is coming off a 1-1 weekend at the Volgas Memorial Tournament in Memphis. They fell to Webster 0-2 before rebounding with an 11-0 shutout of MUW. The Lynx have outscored their opponents 19-5 on the season.

• Davis Neitzschman: 5G, 1A-Has scored in 4 of Rhodes' 6 matches and is tied for 1^stin the SAA with 5 goals and 11 points. 
• Tanner McCraney: 3G, 2A-Tied for 6^thin the SAA in points with 8. 
• Rob Morris: 1G, 4A-Tied for the SAA lead in assists. 

 
This will be the third straight year Millsaps has seen Rhodes as their SAA opener. The Majors visited Memphis last season where they were shutout 0-2 by Rhodes.
