MOUNT BERRY, Ga. -- The Millsaps College men's soccer team traveled to Georgia on Friday evening for a Southern Athletic Association match against the Vikings of Berry College. 
The Majors dominated the first half, but a late offensive attack from Berry allowed the Vikings to score the 5-3 win. 
The loss drops Millsaps to 5-6 on the year. They are 1-2 in SAA play. Berry improves to 7-5-1 overall and 1-2 in league play. 
How It Happened
The match could not have started any better for Millsaps. Just 35 seconds into the contest the Berry's own goal gave the Majors a 1-0 lead. 
 In the 21st minute 
Gabriel Ryce made it a 2-0 advantage after he scored on a 
Luca Kistner assist. 
That 2-0 score would hold until the halftime break. 
The match held steady at 2-0 until Berry broke through for their first goal in 75th minute. 
20 seconds later 
Brett Judd got the score back for Millsaps to make it 3-1.
Unfortunately, the Vikings rattled off four unanswered goals in the final 15 minutes to come away with the 5-3 win. 
What's Next? 
The Majors will remain in Georgia for a match against Oglethorpe University. Sunday's kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. CT.
