"I am very excited about the opportunity to join the Millsaps family. The welcome I received made me feel at home right away," said Albrecht. The effort to achieve excellence in all things, academic and athletic, made me want to be a part of Millsaps. In my coaching career, I have always been involved with high academic institutions and Millsaps has expectations that align with my values as college coach," he continued. "After speaking with the players and athletic administration, I truly felt their desire and support to succeed at the highest level, both on and off the field. The soccer program has shown in the past that conference championships are a realistic expectation and I will do my best to lead the program toward that success. I am excited to get working with the team and see what these talented young men can achieve. The future of the Millsaps men's soccer program is a bright one."
