BRASELTON, Ga. – The Millsaps men's and women's golf teams completed Round Two of the SAA Golf Championships on Saturday. Sophomore Andrew Lovejoy picked up nine spots on the leaderboard and the men moved into sixth place after 36 holes at the Château Élan Golf Club.

Lovejoy fired four birdies to shoot a par-73 on Saturday and move him into a tie for 14th. He is currently eight-over for the tournament.

As a team, Millsaps scored seven strokes better than in Round One to pass Hendrix for sixth position. The Majors have a combined total of 63-over (327-320—647).

The men are competing on a 6,764-yard course while the women cover 5,900 yards.
