JACKSON, Miss. – The 2022 spring schedules are set for the Millsaps men's and women's golf programs. Both teams are scheduled to compete on four courses during the regular season with the SAA conference championships culminating in Braselton, Ga., April 22-24. After a strong fall campaign, the Majors will look to improve throughout the spring.
Both programs will head to Mobile, Ala. to begin their season at the Ram Spring Invitational, hosted by the University of Mobile and card on Feb. 21-22. Following the spring opener, the men's team will trek to Kingwood, Texas for the DIII Lidlifter, a two-day competition held Feb. 28 and March 1.
The women's team will return to play alongside the men's team in Bossier City, La. at the Hal Sutton Invitational, March 21-22. The following week the women's squad will head to Gulf Shores, Ala. for the 2022 Carey Collegiate Tournament on March 28-29.
The men's team will close out the regular season by traveling north to the Mirimichi Golf Course in Millington, Tenn. for the Rhodes Classic on April 3-4. The women will follow by competing at the Bent Brook Golf Course in Bessemer, Ala. for the BSC Classic, April 11-12.
The spring season will then come close for both programs at the Château Élan Golf Club for the SAA Championships in Braselton, Ga. held April 22-24.
