ROME, Ga. – The Millsaps men's golf program competed against a range of NCAA Division III institutions, placing 17th in the Chick-fil-A Invitational at the Stonebridge Golf Club on Tuesday.
The Majors competed on a par-72 course, covering 6,652 yards in Round One and 6,685 yards in Round Two.
Rising freshman
Preston Severs had a strong performance, tying for 21st out of 112 competitors with a plus-6 (72-78—150).
Graduate
Krtin Udith (T-54) wrapped up at plus-11 with two fairly even rounds (78-77—155).
Junior
Will Danielson tied for 63rd place after carding a plus-13. Classmate
Connor Kreppner (95th, plus-20) rounded out the Millsaps scoring. Freshman
Davin Karst (T-103, plus-25) competed as well in Georgia.
