The Majors did find success in the fast break by outscoring the visitors 12-2 in that category.
Birmingham-Southern would take an early lead, but Millsaps would fight back into the contest. Ursin capitalized on a jump shot to punctuate a 9-0 Major rally, cutting the deficit to 32-27 with just under one minute remaining in the first half.
Bonnecaze would strike for back-to-back three pointers, making it a 42-34 Panther edge with 18:31 remaining.
A
Watson three-pointer would make it a five-point game once more at 46-41, with 15 minutes remaining. However, a barrage of BSC long-range makes would change the momentum and create a 85-64 final score.
