Edgewood scored once more in the fourth, but Millsaps responded yet again. Pelle would walk and advance to third off a Laurent single. Abbadessa then grounded out, but brought home Pelle.
The Eagles then built a 5-3 lead with runs in the sixth and seventh innings. A familiar script took place when the Majors tied things up in the bottom of the seventh.

Abbadessa proceeded with an intelligent bunt that caught the Eagle defense off guard, scoring Ousley after forcing a no throw.
