JACKSON, Miss. – The Millsaps men's and women's golf programs released their 2024 spring schedules, which sees the men's golf team compete in four total events while the women's golf student-athletes tee off in three competitions after a strong finish in the fall.
Both squads will travel to Houston, Texas to compete in the Space City Classic at the Gus Wortham Park Golf Course, Feb. 26-27.
After a month of practice, the men will take part in four consecutive weeks of events in April, beginning with the Wolf Pack Invitational hosted by Loyola University on April 8 and 9. The two days of action will occur at the English Turn Golf and Country Club in New Orleans.
The men's squad will then rotate to the Visit Florence RJT Invitational for three rounds of play, April 14-16 at the RJT Fighting Joe Golf Course in Alabama.
The regular season concludes, April 20 and 21 at the Emory Spring Invitational, hosted at Cherokee Run Golf Club in Conyers, Ga.
On the opposite side and following the Space City Classic, the women will compete close to home in the Chick-fil-A Choctaw Classic, March 25-26. Mississippi College plays host at the Refuge Golf Club in Flowood, Miss.
The women will then wrap up the regular-season spring slate at the Wolf Pack Invitational in Abita Springs, La. on April 1-2. The event will be contested at Money Hill Golf Club.
Both teams will follow and fight for conference supremacy at the 2024 SAA Men's and Women's Golf Championships, April 26-28 at the Greystone Golf Club in Dickson. Tenn.
