JACKSON Miss. – The Millsaps men's and women's golf programs announced their 2024 Fall slates on Monday, which sees both teams competing in four events each to open the season.
The men's squad will begin the fall calendar, Sept. 7-8 at the SAA Fall Preview hosted by the Southern Athletic Association in Dickson, Tenn. The teams will be competing at the Greystone Golf Club, which will be a primer for the 2025 SAA Men's and Women's Golf Championships to be contested in April.
The Majors will then take part in the Rhodes Fall Invitational, Sept. 23-24 at the Tunica National Golf Club located in Tunica Resorts, Miss.
The golf team will then head to San Antonio, Texas for the Alamo City Classic, hosted by Trinity University at The Quarry Golf Club, Oct. 7-8.
The Majors will later conclude the fall slate at Berry College's Chick-fil-A Invitational held at the Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome, Ga., Oct. 21-22.
On the women's side, the Majors will compete in alternating weeks throughout September and October as well.
Fall competition begins with two days of action, Sept.16-17 at the Joe & Lee Duncan Invitational. Rhodes College plays host at the Mirimichi Golf Club in Millington, Tenn.
The Majors will then travel to Kingsland, Texas to card low scores on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at The Legends Cup. Host University of Mary-Hardin Baylor welcomes teams to the Legends Golf Club on Lake LBJ.
On Oct. 14-15, the women's squad will battle at the FHU Fall Invitational, hosted by Freed-Hardeman University at the Chickasaw Golf Club in Henderson, Tenn.
The team will then close the fall calendar, Oct. 28-29 at the U-Dallas Crusader Cup in Westworth Village, Texas. The University of Dallas will oversee the event at Hawks Creek Golf Club.
Spring schedules for both the Millsaps men's and women's golf programs will be announced at a later date.
