CANTON, Ga. – Millsaps men's swimming and diving junior
Ben Anderson had a strong performance at Centenary College over the weekend and was voted the Southern Athletic Association Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week by league coaches, the league office announced on Monday.
In a Friday dual meet, Anderson finished first in both the 50-yard freestyle (22.76 seconds) and 100-yard freestyle (50.05). He was second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:07.37) and helped the 200-yard medley relay place runner-up (1:49.28).
Anderson received the same honor earlier this season on Oct. 14 and on three occasions last season.
The Millsaps men and women's programs will next conclude the season at the 2025 SAA Swimming and Diving Championships, Feb. 12-15. Centre College will host the event in Danville, Ky.
