CANTON, Ga. — The Millsaps men's golf team ended its Fall schedule on a strong note at the Belhaven Invitational and their best finisher, sophomore Charlie Berglund, was recognized as the Southern Athletic Association Men's Golf Athlete of the Week. Berglund earned the honor after competing at The Refuge Golf Course, Monday and Tuesday, before a conference-wide Sports Information Directors' vote.

He recorded rounds of 73 and 76 for a total of 149 (+5), following a weekend of rain. He secured a career-best placement and his first-ever top-10 finish, tying for seventh overall.

He helped the Majors finished fourth as a team out of 11 total squads in the final event of the Fall.
