CANTON, Ga. — The Southern Athletic Association has recognized Millsaps football freshman quarterback
Grant Bizjack with his fourth weekly conference honor as he was was selected the SAA Football Offensive Athlete of the Week on Monday. Bizjack earned the honor after a league-wide Sports Information Directors' vote and was announced by the SAA office.
Bizjack posted another strong performance, keeping the Majors close at No. 17 NPI-ranked Trinity University on Saturday. He completed 16 of 27 passes for 196 yards and one touchdown while also rushing for a career-best and game-high 110 yards on 16 carries.
The Trophy Club, Texas, product was also recognized by the SAA following stellar performances on Sept. 22, Oct. 6 and Oct. 20. Bizjack this season has 2,428 all-purpose yards, 2,049 passing yards and 379 rushing yards. He has totaled 20 passing touchdowns and three rushing scores with one game remaining.

Peyton Depolitte represented the defense on Oct. 20 and Nov. 3, respectively, while sophomore kicker
Connor Babin was the SAA Special Teams Athlete of the Week on Sept. 15 and Oct. 13.
The next challenge for the Majors is set for Saturday, Nov. 15, when they will host Sewanee at Harper Davis Field in Jackson, Mississippi, with the game kicking off at 1 p.m. Senior Day festivities will take place prior to the start of the game with live video and live stats available at gomajors.com.
