Majors Begin Regular-Season with the Riverside Rumble at Belhaven on Sept. 4

CANTON, Ga. — The Southern Athletic Association announced its 2025 football preseason poll following a conference head coach vote. The Majors will look to continue their momentum on the field after being fifth overall, which was announced by the SAA Office on Wednesday.

Millsaps football head coach Brandon Lechtenberg will look to continue the team's success after being named SAA Football Coach of the Year last season and helping lead to 12 conference postseason selections.

Berry College was selected first, earning 54 points and received five first-place votes.

Trinity University was selected second, receiving 50 points and two first-place votes.
