2007: Played in 7 of 10 games for the Majors ...recorded 17 total tackles (11 solo), including 0.5 tackles-for-loss... had his first career interception in the season-opener againstMississippi College ... recorded a career-high six tackles (allsolo) in a win at Colorado College. 

2006: Sidelined for the season due to injury(red-shirted). 

High School: A four-year letterman in football atlinebacker and fullback under head coach Jim Bloomfield at District8-4A Vancleave High School ... also lettered four seasons inbaseball. 

Personal: Son of Leslie Barfield and ShawnDubuisson ... born and raised in Memphis, Tenn ... has two youngersisters, Kelsey (19) and Ceci (15) ... a member of Kappa Sigmafraternity ... majoring in accounting.
